JDM HEAVEN is a premium Japanese vehicle import service operating across Europe. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website at jdmheaven.club.

2. DATA WE COLLECT

Account data: Full name, email address, country of residence.

Contact and quote data: Full name, email address, phone number, country of delivery, vehicle preferences and budget, messages you provide.

Technical data: Browser type, pages visited, IP address (anonymised after 30 days).

We do NOT collect payment card details, passport or identity documents, or financial account information.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

  • Respond to your quote requests and enquiries
  • Manage your account and saved vehicles
  • Send transactional emails (confirmations, security notifications)
  • Send optional marketing communications (only with your consent)
  • Improve our website and services

We do NOT sell your data to third parties or share it with advertisers.

4. LEGAL BASIS (GDPR)

  • Contract performance: to respond to your requests
  • Legitimate interest: to improve our services
  • Consent: for marketing communications
  • Legal obligation: to comply with French and EU law

5. DATA RETENTION

  • Account data: retained while active + 3 years after closure
  • Quote and contact requests: 5 years
  • Analytics data: 13 months maximum

We use Supabase (auth), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Sanity (CMS), and Crisp (chat). None are authorised to use your data for their own commercial purposes.
