1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using jdmheaven.club or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. These terms are governed by French law and EU consumer protection regulations.

3. OUR SERVICES

Direct vehicle sales: JDM HEAVEN purchases vehicles from Japan and resells them directly. We assume full commercial responsibility.

Import brokerage: We act as intermediary between Japanese sellers and European buyers, managing the import process on your behalf. Our commission fee is agreed in writing before any purchase.

4. QUOTES

• All quotes are indicative only
• Final pricing depends on availability, exchange rates, and compliance costs
• A quote is not binding until confirmed in writing by both parties
• Quote validity: 7 days from issue date

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are set in the individual service agreement. Typically: deposit upon confirmation, balance before vehicle release. All prices in Euros (€). Bank transfer only — we do not accept card details via this website.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Before vehicle purchase: Full deposit refund minus administrative costs, if cancelled within 48 hours of deposit.

After vehicle purchase: No refund of vehicle purchase cost. Administrative and shipping costs already incurred are non-refundable.

In-stock vehicles: Standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

JDM HEAVEN's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific transaction. We are not liable for indirect damages, currency fluctuations, or force majeure events. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris. EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
